Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in Art. 1382 ZGB (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation not later than 8 weeks prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In the event of cancellations between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: For cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price. For cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price. In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to pay fully for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday. Mandatory information according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council. We are looking forward to your visit! However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you also close a “Cancellation Insurance”.
